Where's my package?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive tracking information via email. Insert tracking number into carriers website to check the status of your delivery. If status says delivered but you have yet to receive your package, promptly check around your porch, any nearby buildings that may have been mistaken for the delivery address, and any areas your package may have been dropped off to. If you are still having issues then please reach out to the carrier before contacting customer service at customerservice@awakeningskincare.com.

One of my items is missing.

Although it is not common, if you ever have an order that is incomplete contact customer service at customerservice@awakeningskincare.com and we will quickly work to resolve your issue.

How Do I return an item?

If you are disappointed with your order for any reason. We have a refund policy page that can direct you on how to resolve most issues.

What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
